Celebrate 71 years of “handmade excellence and supporting national designers, artists, and craftspeople” with the Bellevue Arts Museum ARTSfair starting Friday July 28th through Sunday July 30th. The busy Bellevue streets will be closed as art admirers, collectors, and anyone with an interest in art gathers to view local and national artists behind the Bellevue Mall.
The BAM ARTSfair is the largest, award-winning arts & crafts festival in the Northwest” and hosts over 300 unique artists. Taking place since 1947, the BAM Artsfair connects the community to the “world of art, craft, & design”. Visitors can expect to see a wide variety of represented art including traditional, modern, and even emerging work.
Families with children can enjoy the KIDSfair section of the event where children and their parents are encouraged to participate in hands-on gallery activities and art projects their little artists can take home. Inside the Bellevue Mall will be the BAMboozle State where families can watch musical and dance performances for children of all ages and enjoy the fun bubble area! Or stop by the outside of Bellevue Arts Museum and take place in some chalk art on NE 6th Street.
For those who enjoy musical performances, Bellevue Square will have live music in the Center Court Friday through Sunday.
